I just use the one pictured on the Amazon link below. (It's just a normal 2-ended blade.) I use it at about a medium speed, but change it occasionally depending on the thickness of what I am blending. I love it though. (I was afraid to use it when I first got it because I thought it would be too powerful. That's exactly how I get my percentages for layer soaps as well (graph paper). I like the tip of adding 15% over what you normally make to account for scraping. I usually don't add enough extra, so I have to be super careful about scraping.
