How does Resin Bound work in very hot countries, where the surface temperature is over 40 degrees.?

Hey, it's a great question and one that could result in huge complications if attempted. Due to the resin and hardener mix being thermosetting, the hotter the ambient temperature, the quicker it'll cure, so your working time can become extremely limited in warmer climates. We wouldn't install in temperatures above 25 degrees - our working window is between 5 and 25 degrees celsius (great for being based in the UK I guess!). The only way I can imagine installers can install in 40 degree heat, say in the Middle East for example, is if they're using a lower concentration of hardener in the mix, meaning the surface doesn't cure as quickly, but with that you're also sacrificing the surfaces long term durability too. Hope that helps! - Mitch, Team Rhino.
