I just noticed my 2017 Mazda6 BSM doesn't light up when you pass a car only when the car is approaching. Is that a defect?

might be, call mazda and find out if there are any settings you need to change. my 2016 mazda6 bsm lights up when I pass a car

Very informative demo. I'm distracted by how often you say "go ahead and." You're not alone, it's very common among KZbin spokespeople. Usually you can just delete those words from a sentence and the meaning is unaffected. For example, "Let's go ahead and get on the freeway" becomes "Let's get on the freeway." Means the same thing.
