Some 10 years ago I bought a replacement regulator from you to fit my FAC BSA Hornet which does a wonderful job. Being a perfectionist I had my air-gunsmith do the job for me while I watched over his shoulder. He was pleasantly surprised with the quality of your work and eye for detail including some spare o-rings as well. Instructions were clear, (also for adjusting pressure). What I miss a bit in the video is how to measure the spot for the hole when the air reservoir is taken apart. What you show is clear about the location but it is easy to make mistakes in measuring when you have the loose parts in front of you. I noticed the deburring but missed or overlooked deburring on the inside? Using sandpaper on a stick to take away the sharp edges as not to damage the o-ring when inserting the regulator? Anyway, compliments for your great quality products and service! 👍🏻

Your “dot punch” would also be known as a Center Punch and your “drill press” aka Pillar Drill or the smaller version bench drill. These terms I was taught as an apprentice toolmaker at a aviation company-Hawker Siddeley Aviation Ltd which produced the Harrier vertical takeoff jets and Hawk aircraft which the red arrows fly , your description is ok that everyone can relate to.

Relative to position around the circumference, where is the best place to drill the breather hole? Downward, such that the hole is hidden within the stock or upward pointing towards the barrel? Also, does the breather have to be opposite the hole in the regulator? Thanks
