Those that call Lang Lang a bad pianist KNOW FOR A FACT that they ONLY do so out of TOTAL SPITE AND JEALOUSY of his SHEER GENIUS!!!!!!!!!!!!! Lang Lang HAS what we ALL DESPERATELY WISH we could have AND THE TEUTH OF THAT FACT, NOT opinion, FACT LITERALLY EATS THEM UP!!!!!!!!!!!!! Julie Gill, Glasgow, Scotland.

A beautiful skilled keyboard collaboration to two Debussy lyrical pieces. When you see the joy in their faces as they play you know you are watching something rare and special. I can watch this over and over and it never loses its magic.

Beautiful. As pleasant as these two men get along and beyond the passion to play. +tsihpem Lang Lang explained why he likes the man he plays with, for other reasons: his human qualities and his pleasure to meet him again each time, despite their schedule, as if they had left the day before.

Yes, their relationship is very special. I used to use part of the Emperor in a multi-cultural group session in a business school, They threw me out because I didn't tell them what the objectives of the lesson were! When Lang Lang came to Leeds Town Hall, he pointed to the gallery where Dame Fanny Waterman sat and said "I am here because this lady asked me to be an ambassador for the Leeds competition. It is the highest honour I have ever received." The place went bananas with stamping, clapping, cheering and every noise you can imagine. I got worried in case the pubs might be shut when they finished.

Reagálnom kell rá.Az első momentumtól végig mosolyogtam. Ez nem egyszerűen produkció volt.Csak szavak jutnak most eszembe arról, amit láttam, hallottam.Játék, barátság, szerelem, tisztelet, megbecsülés. )

If Lang Lang is such a bad pianist as suggest by some on KZbin why would Eschenbach, Martha Argerich and many other top pianists and conductors invite him over and over again to play the piano with them or with their orchestras?
@skimask77710 жыл бұрын
Mingyu Nan Did you not see the joy on the faces of the members in the Orchestra as well as the audience? Did you not notice the lengthy applause? When the views on you tube goes ski high and when great composers, pianists have nothing but good things say about his music I'm suppose to believe that all this is "contracts and promotions"?
@DrSparrow00710 жыл бұрын
i've always music suppose to elevate the soul to a higher standard, but i guess all these perpetual naysayers are still their inferior stratus to become something better. When people have the special talent to do what they do such as LL, they no longer seek the approval of the masses but rather search for what remain to be learned and attempt to fill the void of their imperfections.
@kennywood643410 жыл бұрын
Why? Because he's a draw. He sells tickets and money is the bottom line.
@skimask77710 жыл бұрын
Well, I guess he has something good to offer in the line of his art if he's able to sell tickets and make money. Something you are BLIND to see and cannot see but other great professional musicians CAN.
@kennywood643410 жыл бұрын
You don't necessarily have to be good to sell tickets, skimask. You only have to have to have something to offer and he offers a show... nothing more, nothing less.
Wow - was that spontaneous? How can you play together so perfectly if you have never practised together? Or have you?
@msourada10 жыл бұрын
I have to admit, I liked his (LL's) Schubert B Flat that he played in Prague much more, this isn't much Debusy-like, IMHO. But unless I'm mistaken, it's actually Eschenbach who plays it "less good" most of the time... However, I can clearly see that both of them have fun playing it as well as both the orchestra and audience watching them-and that's what matters in the end.
