Funny thing about this is folks in the comments think this is a full band battle between both the schools. This is a section battle...that tremendously exceptional run the Boom as a band had this year not gon get you an automatic W for the section battle. Both drum lines came with it. The cognitive dissonance is real here LU was cleaner, played actual material with phrasing and articulation, and provided impactful visuals that aligned eith the arrangements Jsu was very repetitive and nkt as clean(tuning for practicality over tradition and preferences open those doors) Jsu snares are nice as always tho! Multi tenors were elementary but effective. Not enough to win a battle LU snares came to play. Theyve been in the mirror and around each other
