Language of Light: *Ihsan* w/ Baraka Blue

Language of Light is a series exploring the sacred vocabulary of Islam. A language is not only a way of expressing but is more fundamentally a way of seeing. As one anthropologist put it, "a language is an old growth forest of the mind." One of the most powerful ways to understand the worldview of Islam is to understand the meanings of its sacred words as revealed in Arabic to the heart of the beloved Prophet ﷺ and transmitted heart to heart down to our present time.
