Couple of speed-ups: Nightclub leave the way you came in (park your Karuma / OP2 at the door and it's ready when you get outside). At the country club, go over the roof on the left - that bypasses the cameras completely. You can also shoot the limo driver instead of tailing him which is a load quicker and easier. For the lawyer enter his car and get straight back out - use your karmua or OP2 to take out the three pairs of bad guy cars, then drive the target car to the Agency). Party crashing: there is a wide balcony near the DJ - hide there and you can take out the baddies pretty easily. When you clear the yacht, three waves of 2 choppers will show - shoot them, then steal the heli. If anyone lives to get into the water, you can steal the heli right away as the next wave won't spawn until he vanishes off the map. I wish you could skip that 5 minute cutscene in the studio ...
