A heist in a Michael DLC could be something with North Yankton, re-robbing the bank. But there’s a catch: it is upgraded in security, the tresor can’t be opened so easy and it isn’t so easy to escape with the loot. And no limited looting, that just sucks

I think a luxury dealership heist would be cool, maybe causing them to relocate the cars for sum reason and robbing the convoy. I think a really long setup and a really short heist with a solid payout would be cool

I see this would be a fun heist idk like steal an MOC then stop the cargo ship from leaving los santos and take the container with the car by using a cargobob then storing the vehicle in the MOC and taking it to the drop off boom get paid

1-6 player heist each member gets to steal the keys to a car and each car is AT LEAST 955K and the most expensive car being 1,125k (65K to start up the heist you're paying for inside info and to pay off the manager for a copy of the Key to open up the security box with the car keys) the setups could be #1 stake out (Like flecca bank). #2 steal a highly modified super vehicle transport vehicle from some Juiced up Mercenary group. #3 (Optional) Someone talked, another crew wants to steal your heist, they heard about this easy pay day and want in. You can head an assault on their last known HQ and waste them all and show LS what happens when they cross you and your crew, or you can make heist night loud and interesting, they need and want your Key and they're going to come and take it by any means, throw the swift stealthy approach out the window, rush the key box and choose the ride you fancy will mark you up the highest profit (Solo, if team the Heist leader who paid start up will ALWAYS receive the key worth the most.) And try to high tail it pedal to the metal and spraying and praying out the windows, or maybe if speedrunning isn't your style, suit up and blast every single one of those punks (2 waves. First wave shows up with a weaponized armored vehicle) before making your getaway in your four wheeled pay day, but remember, the more you damage the vehicle, the less the buyer is going to pay, (If you own a custom vehicle shop you can service a repair from $500-$15,000) so remember these things when choosing your options. This is just a crappy rough draft I thought of freestyle off the dome lol. Ik it's pretty. Lame but it's an idea maybe

The first heist that came to mind was another short storyline with Trevor, it would consist of Trevor's industry being attacked by a new gang or community. In this there would be multiple different types of missions. 1. Defence: you have to defend trevor from multiple waves of the new gang or community, getting a specific amount of money depending on how many waves you survive and Trevor's remaining health at the end of each wave. This would be very similar to the survival challenges. Attack: you choose to attack a specific enemy headquarters or cargo out of 3 randomly picked choices. this can be done by sea, land or plane. The money would depend on the level of the area you choose to attack, and will have a cool down of 30 to 60 minutes. 3. Raids: you must attack an enemy warehouse and attempt to steal as much cash as you can from crates and car trunks during a specific time limit after which you must escape via land vehicles

More autoshop contract kinda missions be good. You can play them solo and the payout increases with more players. Randoms can't really screw up bc there's no stealth and you can still complete it if they die or leave.

Go in and out the entrance in the nightclub while in passive mode to just farm the troublemakers to get easy popularity, takes like 10 seconds for each one + you get 10k but the money is on a 48 minute cooldown. You should only have to do like 3 to get popularity full from absolute 0 or else it's usually just one time.

for a micheal heist, id say a heist where you kill a movie producer to increase micheal's upcoming meltdown 2 movie. there can be alot done by rockstar after this, like the agency and micheal teaming up, same with trevor and ending in a heist with all three of them and you making a team of 4 to like rob... something. maybe the union depository or multiple banks, would be cool but imagine rockstar listening to the community

The Master Control Terminal is good for resupplying multiple businesses you don't waste time having to go to them, the sell mission do not change their start points which is a shame but logical from R* for once as the finished product would be at your business's location not the MCT. With the nightclub buying a new DJ is 100K but rebooking them is only 10k with rebooking you get 2 in game days worth of popularity so at max popularity you can leave them for 96 minutes then which you would normally get $100k then rebook a dj for 10K to keep the income from the nightclub maxed, and you can do this at the MCT

Note: You can rebook the DJ's simply by going in the basement of your nightclub(obviously) instead of doing it in your nightclub office? Nightclub Office: Gutta watch DJ go on stage Nightclub Basement: Skips the DJ'S on stage and Instantly fills popularity faster instead of watching DJ Side note: Each bar of popularity is equivalent to rebooking 2 DJ's multiple times to fully fill popular bar

The AFK thing has now been patched, but a new way to AFK is go to your CEO business if you also have a garage and just wait right there and when it shows the option to either enter your office or garage just don’t touch anything and it should not kick you out

Quick way to get popularity you can go to the nightclub and the drop off and throw people out missions you can get 10k and I think nearly full popularity and you just keep going in and out for new missions

Maybe they could do a heist with Dax and the Fooligan and incorporate the ICP group they made a mission with Dre and they already have "Juggalos" (Fooligans) or maybe you could start pulling heists off on the companies you buy from (Warcache, ledgendary motors, etc.) Or you can pull a raid off on Merryweather maybe? They have a lot of things they COULD do I believe.

You should play a public session every once in a while, a uss luxington buisness battle cam appear and theres 8 crates you can grab from there in a 30 minute time frame that act as yohan crates for your nightclub and its a very quick and effecient way to restock the nightclub then afterwards you can go back jnto a solo session

If you do afk tricks retire from CEO or MC pres or you may get the raid bug I got. All my MC businesses, CEO crates and my Nightclub all got raided in a cascade one after another immediately after one another. Happened a half dozen times to me and I had to restart every MC business and every crate I ground was lost. Made me quit the crate grind. Now I just cayo, bunker sale, casino, Nightclub sale, rinse, repeat.

Heist idea: the north Yankton heist You go to north Yankton as a heist dlc high-end apartment expansion where you Rob 3 locations 1.the bank from the start of story just you get 1.4mil on normal and 2mil on hard 2. The graveyard where you steal money from a hidden safe near the graveyard you just need to prep some arctic gear to not freeze to death 1.5mil on normal 2.1 mil on hard 3. The multi heist where you rob a super bank 2mil on normal 2.5 mil on hard
