Good review. The website gives all the info you need. I like the fact that the file format is MP4, because I can copy to my Samsung phone via a USB-C carder reader carried in my car. Then I can edit and view on the much larger screen, without waiting until I get to a laptop/PC. That is what I function with my Nextbase 222X. I notice there is a variant of the D1 without the cabin camera. It would be good to see night videos when possible. I couldn't find any info on the type of internal battery, which is important for some. I do like your tech videos.

For what their asking for it seems expensive especially for a unknown brand you can get a decent next base front and rear kit for less
