Hi Paul, I think you should face lift the ID3. It will still look like Katie Price with a new lip job ( minger ), but it can't look any uglier than it already does. 😂

Just found your ID series. Love it! Great work. My airbag ecu broke for no reason, and needed a new. After 3 years. Poor electronic design.

I do tend to disagree. I think the algorithm works based on many factors, not just how many organic views it gets. All KZbinrs start off small. I’ve a third of your subscribers but my monthly KZbin revenue is far more than beer money and I only put out one video a week in general. SEO makes a big difference too.

i had the same SH*t you had but with a paintshop.. i brought the car to them and asked for a complete paintjob.. price : 2600 euros.. after six months i picked the car up and didnt pay them a dime! the same bad paintjob you had.. but after 4 months of legal stuff they payed ME 6000 euros, never let somebody taking a piss with you mate! good luck with your car bro

If you want a lot of subs and views you have to make exciting content, and promote it. That’s it. I’ve given you a few suggestions over the years and no offence but i got so bored I stopped watching because each car you get on was even more boring than the last. I’m not saying go and buy a lambo but mate you started getting vans and id3 electric things on and that no one wants to watch them evidently (your view count). People like more of a structure too, you’re all over the place. It has to be: 1) buy the car go over the damage and the plan, maybe order parts 2) fix the car in one or two episodes 3) do something with the car eg go to an event or take it on a run to a track or Nurburgring etc 4) REPEAT. They aren’t pushing other people, other people are pushing themselves if you understand IT then you’ll understand that purchasing subs and likes and comments is the same as buying google ads, go and search the comments on MAs channel, it’s exactly what he’s doing but it ups engagement and works ONLY because his content is exciting. The other main ingredient is camaraderie, I’ve noticed that channels with 1 person in rarely do as well as those who have a few in at least 2 anyway. SRUK don’t do any groundbreaking builds but they get in the type of cars people want to watch, they have a good structure and take it seriously which is why their editing can still be off yet the video do well. If you want to do well on YT then you need to do a couple of things: 1) bring someone else on to work with you 2) buy the cars people want to see, not boring vans etc 3) structure the videos so people know what they are getting and when 4) make it exciting to watch

I'd partially agree about KZbin preferring big channels. I think YT wants to protect it's very top tier channels. But everyone else, it couldn't care less about... content is content ... views are views and it doesn't care where it comes from. YT isn't a producer, and there is no real 'brand' of KZbin. Underneath that top tier of channels, YT just sees everything as a big bargain bin of content and for every small creator that burns out, there's another one to take their place. 'The algorithm' might as well just be a big random number generator. Ultimately creators are competing with each other, and each year their numbers increase, so there is more competition and content for the same number of viewers. YT isn't an employer and I'd caution anyone trying to infer the whims of the YT algorithm or YT viewers. For 99.9% of creators, YT should be done as a bit of fun and not expect YT to promote their content. TL:DR... Life will always be tough for small creators.
