In the first round of match 2 did Quantinum had any chance at escaping that combo that killed him from full HP?

not unless TJ messed up, the high cool downs and synergy of charge and scimitar plus the arena gives faster cool downs those 2 arcana have been banned in the starting builds after that season because of how powerful they are
