If anyone wants the english recipe - Oil in the wok on medium-high heat, add minced ginger, minced garlic, sliced green onions, sliced red onions, and shrimp roe (you can substitute dried shrimp) - Saute for a bit - Add a ladle of soy sauce - Saute for a bit - Add water - Add salt, msg, black pepper and white pepper - Bring to a boil, reduce to a simmer, let it simmer for like 15 minutes - Strain (preferably through a cheesecloth so the pepper sediments don't get in the broth) I've tried this twice, it's super easy and really good.
