LAOS Road Trip: Amazed by the BEAUTY of Laos 🇱🇦

After arriving in Thakhek, central Lao, we set off early in the morning to get a head start on our EPIC road trip. In the last video, we started in the capital of Laos, Vientiane and made our way to Thakhek, from which we will do the Thakhek loop and then drive down to Pakse.
After spending a day in Thakhek planning the route and where to stay, we are ready to head towards our next destination, Thalang. Along the first part of the Thakhek Loop, we see some gorgeous landscapes, have some yummy food, and enjoy the journey for exactly what it is! Hello guys! Very pleased to watch your videos about trip in Laos. I just came bact home from there. Loved Luang Prabang on Lao New Year. You should try Luang Prabang Beef and Pork sausages, they cannot be bouth elswhere. You need to try pork barbecue, Tam noodle, Ping Baa. I had sticky rice every day 😋😋😋 Love Laos and will be going back soon.

We didn’t really have to consider anything other than we definitely needed a larger vehicle than what we are used to in order to handle the roads (many pot-holes)… there’s a link in the description where we booked the car from!

i think this loop will bring you to "muang suey" เมืองสวย then you may visit "plain of jars" ทุ่งไหหิน from plain of jars you can drive to phupiang fah junction ..... on this route you will see the scenic point .... this place is very very very beautiful. when you pay ask them if they want baht ..... this way you dont need to keep "kib".

Dylan 10 2022-11-05 NIce pitstop on Thakhek loop Nice place on our way round the Thakhek loop. The room is pretty basic but has all you need including ensuite bathroom. There is a restaurant over the road with dinner options and breakfast with great views. Staff are very lovely and check in and check out was smooth! Wifi is sufficient.

hello kiddo, just want to a little tip when order lao foods, lao mean to be share and every dish come with sticky rice , example order papaya salad grill chicken and chicken soup thats should be enough food for 2-3 person put all dishes in center and everyone share all dishes. i am from laos live in US for 40years, have fun travel to laos very safe country to visit.
