I just underwent a latherscopic appendectomy and appreciate your video to provide some context to my surgery. I am not in the medical field so I had to Google some terms...but your procedure seemed flawless and very informative. While I deal with the post-op pain, I only hope mine went as well as yours. 😀. I like to stay away from target organ especially in cases in this, so I dont prefer the RIF port as it doesnt give a good ergonomic working space. There is nothing wrong with your preference, it is just personal comfort
