I just love you two...I am terrified of pbing and sliming...I know its part of the journey so I just hope I don't panic. Oh Brad you are not a failure...you are doing amazing. I agree with Jen we have so much to learn about our bands. Jen I would be frustrated too....but keep doing what you are doing it will drop off....love you!!

Ahhh I've had sliming issued since my last fill, and PBing after both my first and second fill... Seriously it's like a whole new rodeo every time around! Right when you start getting use to what you can and can't tolerate it all changes. Jenn you'll have a better week this week! Don't get discouraged :)

Brad, it had to happen at some point! Lol at least it's happened and you know the sings! You guys are doing soo well I love love the videos! Jenn I know your mad u didn't have a loss but I can seriously see the weight loss in your face! So beautiful! Congrats on everything and here is to a better week xox

Sorry you guys had a rough week. So far I haven't had the PB problem. I have been afraid of it though, we all know it is part of the journey and truthfully sometimes you do everything right and it still happens. Jenn, its hard not to be but don't be too worried about the .2. Mine goes up and down a lot. I live by MFP too. I record everything! I'd like to say I always do everything right but my sodium gets me in trouble a lot, lol. Every day on this journey is a step in the right direction.

Fill went well. I probably should have let him put a bit more in, but I was chicken. Oh well fills are free the first year. I can tell a difference. Baby steps work fine. :-) I tried to find you on MFP but there are a lot of Jenn Kopps! I completely understand being YT-challenged. It only took me 6 weeks to figure out how to change my name from my real full name to my username! HA!

Itchy & Bitter - its like Ren & Stimpy! :-) Hang in there Jenn! Sometimes it just doesn't make sense. That's where I was a couple weeks ago. I seriously need to find you on MFP. My username is laffinjen if you can find me. Thanks for sharing you PB episode Brad - I've come close several times, but it always manages to go down. I get a fill tomorrow, so that may soon be a thing of the past! :-)

@incredbleshrinkinjenn: just as i am YT-challenged, i am also MFP-challenged. i have no idea how to use MFP to connect with others, i solely use it to log calories. btw, how did your fill go?
