Anal fissure aksar achanak banta hai, jab koi sakht ya bara stool pass karne se anus ki skin par chira pad jata hai. Nahi, sabhi logon ko hard stool hone par anal fissure nahi hota. Anal fissure tab hota hai jab stool bohot sakht ho aur usay nikalne mein mushkil ho, jisse anus ke aas-paas ki nazuk skin par chira aa jata hai. Yeh zyadatar un logon ko hota hai jo pehle se constipation, tight anal sphincter, ya kisi injury ka shikar hotay hain. Har kisi ko anal fissure nahi hota, lekin risk badh jata hai agar stool bar-bar sakht ho aur pass karna mushkil ho.

Nahi, har shakhs ko sakht pakhana aane par anal fissure nahi hota. Lekin agar kisi shakhs ka stool bohot hard ya dry hota hai, aur wo zor lagata hai ya constipated rehta hai, to usmein anal fissure honay ka khatra zyada hota hai. Mane doctor ko dikhya tha doctor nay anus ka achi trha physical checkup Kiya or bola k ap ko anal fissure ha . Doctor nay mujhay medicine de or GTN or zyocain mix kr k anus pr laganay ko bola . Me medicine leta rha sirf 1week ka course tha medicine ka . Mane GTN or zyocain ko sirf 1week tak lgya tha . Anus bilkul shi ho gya tah 1month tak koi bhi pain vegra nhi hoi blke 1 mont say ziyda ho gua tha me bilkul shi ho gya tha . Mgr mujhay 2 days ho gay dobara wo he pain ho rhi ha .
