Dulat seems to be a gentleman who handled his job well. Unlike the RAW agent fiasco with United States and Canada occurring now. First time in the history of India and even the rest of the world that a High Commissioner or Ambassador and his five henchmen were thrown out for murders and extortion as what happened to Sanjay Verma in Canada. Of course Indian government falsely claims Sanjay Verma Indian High Commissioner to Canada and five other were recalled.
