Maude's voice is magical. I heard her for the first time in my life in 2008 and since that have been dreaming of her solo studio albums...I cannot understand how it isn't obvious for other people what a gem she is

Very evocative of 1928. It's difficult to imagine any singer improving upon her interpretation of this song. The cameraman left her a bit high and dry during the break. She was obviously expecting that the focus would be on the band. However, watching her smiling at friends, enjoying the band, and [my favorite] checking out the ceiling, all add to the attractiveness of this charming, gracious woman.

I guess Darryl was referring to the part in the video starting approximately at 1:40, during the instrumental intermezzo, when Maude is not singing and instead is looking around, glancing at the ceiling, relaxed and giggling. The effect, though cute, is also a bit sloppy imho. Probably she was expecting that the cameraman would put the focus on the band at that point, or at least zoom out...usually that's how they do while the singer is not singing. Anyway, who cares, it's a good video anyway and Maude is charming (like her sister) :)
