My wife & I love putting them to bed by 8:30-9 & enjoying each other’s company. It’s always good to have that alone time. But as a family, I love taking them to places my parents couldn’t & seeing their reactions. It’s a beautiful thing, or sometimes simply taking them out to get ice cream.

Kids are such a blessing. You experience a whole new type of love that you never felt before! I also recommend having a bed time schedule set. If they have a bed time schedule set then you’ll have time for yourself and your partner to wind up. I love my husband, i love my kids, I love having fun together as a family. ♥️

I wake up at 5am to work out while they sleep. I’m done with my workout and shower by the time they’re getting up. It’s my peaceful time for myself before the chaos begins! And even then, some mornings are better than others. Taking it one day at a time is where it’s at! 💖

My husband & I both have to sacrifice a lot. He provides & I raised the kids. It can get hard for both but we try to always remind the kids that dad is working & he FaceTimes them during work. Kids are a blessing & when we do have time together we love including our kids to trips & concerts 😅but once in a blue moon we do us but extending our family & growing his business is our goal right now that are boys are 3and 2 plus one on the way ❤

I’m 25 and I definitely do regret not going to college right after high school. I worked a lot but I also misused whatever free time I had in a relationship and partying. If I could do it all over again, I would’ve stayed single, gone to school even if it was part time due to work, be consistent with workouts and learn as many new things as possible ,skills, languages, sports, be involved because there’s always something new to learn in everything. If you find yourself in a position where you regret past decisions, these things I wish I would’ve done 8 years ago, rather than victimizing of where I would be in life now, start, just start and don’t find yourself in the same shoes when you’re in your 30s

You guys are so right when it comes to Hispanic parents being scared to take risk. My whole life I was scared to getting a new job or getting a brand new car etc. my parents will always tell me no what if this happens or what if you can’t do that and it took a toll on me I was always stuck. I met my husband and he is such a risk taker and not scared to fail and pick himself back up. I love that and I opened my eyes like wow I was so scared of everything and fail no wonder I been stuck with unhappiness for years. Life a risk and of you don’t take a risk on what you want to better yourself, you’ll just never know.

I agree completely. They didn't allow me to do a lot of things when I was young because They were scared, instilling that in me. Anyway, I'm glad I'm aware now and I have changed that, but it's also crazy that as immigrants or at least mine, took one of the biggest risks (moving here to the US without speaking the language knowing no one and having little money) and still are afraid to do other certain things.

I was 24 when I had my son My husband and I promised that we would Travel have even more fun with our boy. Believe me it was a piece of cake so easy we went to Oregon Chicago Mexico New Mexico Vegas the icing on the cake was that my son was an easy baby. The ones that say oh is hard everything changes ARE THE ONES THAT NO OFFENCE .... GENTE Q NO LE GUSTA BATALLAR.... best advice I could give new parents DONT HAVE THAT MINDSET OF IS HARDER WITH CHILDREN ... If anything do the opposite take them out. That way they learn to behave in public places... And It makes them more vigilant..... So YOU'RE WELCOME 🤗

I just had a baby but as soon as I was able to I got back in the gym, I take my time to go to target even if it’s just to walk around and get out of the house. I actually care more about myself because I’m setting an example for my kid. Im getting myself healthy so I can run around with my son when he’s older. Im working on my mental health so I can help him work through his emotions so he knows how to work through then when he’s older. I think at least for me having a kid shifted my mindset to where im taking care of myself because im not the only one relying on me. There’s this whole other human being that’s needs me to be the best version of myself.

I got my children on a sleeping schedule since they were born to be in bed by 8 that gives me some time alone to reset and do things for myself at night 😅 we do wake up early but I get enough rest and wake up recharged 😉
