Recommended, especially if you remove the heatpipe to disassemble, might as well clean and reapply over the cpu/gpu, just make sure you use the proper paste, some paste are more suited for laptop and last longer.

this lenovo legion model keyboard manufacture is the worst, even if you want to replace it for a new one, it is going to cause you a nightmare because it is a plastic sealed in some parts of it, but there are others who recommend buying an entire keyboard with the bezel and touchpad together, less headache when you want to re-assemble it.

Is the cpu soldered in? Or is it easily upgradeable, i see the i7 9750h going for very good prices and want to upgrade it over the 9300h. But do not know soldering. I already have bought a 13600k gaming pc but i dont want to sell the laptop for a little 430 bucks, if upgrading is possible, to keep it as a secondary pc for another friend to game on locally
