But laptop vs desktop pros and cons are opposite in our home. I was having desktop computer with preinstalled Windows XP OS and when we upgraded to Windows 10 it became slow. That is why we are using laptop with higher 8GB RAM and 1TB memory, and preinstalled Windows 8.1 OS and after upgrading to 11 after 7 years, its not lagging and working fastly and I am only satisfied with laptop

If you're a college student, then 100% go for a laptop. I used to have a decent pc and that's why I couldn't afford a new laptop. Everytime I saw my friends bringing their laptops to seminars and coding classes it hurted me. Thankfully I used to run codes on my friend's laptop who knew very little about coding and I used to teach him during that time, but the comfort you get from your own system is not comparable to any other system. If you're planning to game only then I would recommend you to build your own pc.

don't think a lot. just buy a laptop. 40-50k is enough. i am regretting buying a 70k gaming pc. my friend has a laptop with i5 7th gen processor, amd radeon graphics, 8 gb ram and he can do everything from writing in notepad, painting, using ms office tools, programing to video editing, programming and running data science models. you don't need to worry about upgrading parts, because your pc will already be powerful enough to run anything for the next 5-10 years.

Many ports is a requirement for an advanced user. In My laptop there are only two usb slots and I connect my keyboard and mouse in them. So if I need to connect an external pendrive or usb for android app debugging I have to connect another hub which has four USB ports but if you're using a desktop you will get more ports for every thing.

Have a Hub of 4/+ port if you want that, cuz desktop is quite heavy but hubs are relatively less. In old days there were Usb 2.0 ports with 480Mb/s speeds right now there are 3.2 gen2 which supports upto 10Gb/s so you'd have no problems with hubs.

@@adityatiwari2005 my laptop has 3 usb ports. I use a usb hub to connect my keyboard and mouse to one port as they do not require much power. So they work fine with a usb hub. The ports on a laptop never run short if you know how to properly use them.

If you want a Laptop then Buy a Laptop but if You want a PC then build it yourself or ask someone for help or ask to build it for Free from where you have purchased the Parts. I don't recommend PreBuild PCs they always charge a little bit Extra than the real Price of parts. But if someone is really a Noob in this field then PreBuild is OK because you get some warrenty and support.
