"She is good", yes, pure understatement, in fact she is a legend. She is the absolute idol of Dimash and a big inspiration of Diana Ankudinova and both covered several of her songs. But many others did cover her songs: Floor Jansen, Barbra Streisand, Josh Groban, shirley bassey, morissette amon, … And she is also a songwriter. She wrote this song for instance and she also wrote the lyrics of Your Love for Dimash (you reacted to this one). She sings in 12 languages and write songs in 4. She is also unique with her performance and emotions conveying skills. That’s why you should always select her live versions, she needs an audience to connect to reveal this side of her. She held a C5 in chest voice for 19 seconds and you say "she's cool". LOL Not even Mariah Carey did that in her career. Only Whitney would do that in her mixed head voice. Give her more credit. Lara is one of the GREATEST singer/song writer ever. She has been singing singing 1985 keeping the same stamine, perfect pitch, INCREDIBLE breath control. She holds a D5 em chest voice for over 15 seconds. No one in the meanstream currently is able to do that. Her vocal range live is Eb3 to G6. She speaks 4 languages fluently, she is also able to comunicate herself in more two languages (Russian and Flamish). She has already sang in 12 languages perfectly. Plus she composes in 4 languages as well and plays piano since her 8 years old.
