Seriously laughing out loud! I've been trying for TEN + YEARS to get a pediatric OD, ophthalmologist or optician to write an article about the (proper) use of bifocals and children. Haven't found anyone yet.

does any one wear lined trifocals any more ? do you still make them?

They are still made. They are still used, but are pretty rare (certainly here in the US). Most find a weak bifocal does the job as well as a trifocal.

Will you ever have a segment on how to read prism on a manual lensometer??? Especially on prism over 4 BU and/or out???

For amounts within the reticle we have videos on that and we do have illustrations on the website. Outside the reticle, not having worked with it enough myself, I'm no expert and even after 10 years of trying I never could find one to help us out. Best thing is to use an auto-lensmeter. Ask the lab to include the auto-lens meter ticket from their verification with the job and go on trust.
