I agree Bertie. I have today just had to have a full refund as the company could not get three different pairs of glasses right. Not only am I still relying on my old glasses I have wasted time going back and forth.

You are totally right, so many incompetent opticians working in superstores it's unbelievable, I had to deal with few of them myself, be careful out there, choose wisely before spending your hard earned money and time.
