a minute challenge, just for fun, to the supposition that one 'intends to deprive...', etc. perhaps it's better seats that one EFFECTIVELY and unlawfully deprives, while unlawfully possessing the property, as their own. the thief clearly doesn't care about whose property it is and therefore isnt PRIMARILY attempting to 'stop' the rightful owner from having it, and it seems unnecessarily difficult to prove the criminal's intention, to that end. it seems much easier to demonstrate that the criminal has trespassed and attempted to acquire the property, UNLAWFULLY. no disrespect. this is an Excellent presentation. thanks for the opportunity.
