They have the right to ask anything they want, and it usually works. They're trained to ask for things they can't legally force you to do in an authoritative tone, because people hate conflict and we won't usually tell them "no." They HATE it when you call their bluff, no matter how courteously you assert your rights.

Actually they do have a Right. Its called the 10th Amendment, "States Rights". Thats why each State has their own Congress, General Assembly, Constitution, State Attorneys, Chief Magistrate (Governor) who issues the Bonds to Law Enforcement Magistrates...........the United States was never intended to be under one Federal Usurp Power.

Seriously, you need to MAKE a laminated card that looks official that says YOUR ID as the header (not MY ID) and has data on it that absolutely means nothing. Next person who ask for "Your ID" gets the card. I doubt anyone normal would be able to hold back a chuckle.

That brush you see off the road is called 'weesatch' (Huisache). It is a brush full of thorns that grow up to be no more than a small tree with more thorns. I have pulled them up with my tractor and the root structure is longer than what is showing above the ground. If you have those growing on your ranch or farm they will seek out your tires on your pickups or tractors and puncture them.

What is the state code to ask for ID. In OK I think that only state commissioned law enforcement officers like sheriff, police and state patrol can ask for ID. It is actually against the code for non police to demand IDs. This is a private corporation and has no ability to request ID.. Correct????

When the oath breakers ask for ID, they are attempting to make you submit to them, which establishes their dominance over you. Once they have your ID, you are at their mercy and that's exactly what they want. New fund raising idea … Make color copies of you drivers license and a sign to wear saying “Copies of my Identification - $1000”. Have a square where you can process their PERSONAL credit card. When they pull up and ask for your ID, say yes as soon as you can run their credit card. You are never say no. The decision is totally theirs to decide if they are willing to pay for it.

Ford Ranger with Diesel engine and manual transmission please. When I came here, I was surprised they were still producing the old model, and then dropped the the Ranger completely. I'm not into full size trucks. At least GEO did not push too hard, I think they knew the boundries.
