SheCrafty! Thank you so much! Here are some possible other tidbits for your followers.... I was having the same exact issue with my fairly NEW LARESAR MARS01. I tried all the cleaning steps trying to figure out how the radar sensor was stuck, which was the error I was getting but my symptoms were identical to yours. Anyway, based on your insightful video, I basically pulled my much smaller battery from my MARS01 vacuum. I am an engineer so I checked the battery specs which stated 14.7 Volts, I used my volt meter to measure my battery and it was nearly 16 Volts, so the battery itself was fine (yours might have been as well, you would have to measure it). Anyway, I decided to leave the battery out for a few minutes to see if this would cause a reset of the internal computer. It apparently did because after reinstalling the battery and placing back on the charging station, everything fired up normally and it is now currently cleaning several rooms just to make sure everything is back to normal. But like your original statement in your video, IT DID NEED TO BE RESET, but pulling the plug does not discharge the battery and thus, that did not force a reset. By pulling the battery, it effectively forced a reset and went it rebooted, apparently all errors were cleared successfully! Thank you so much for your video!! Chris C

Thank you for this! My map was also erased at that time. Guessing an app glitch. Was a little frustrating but I was able to copy some from the time records within the app. I named mine Rosie from the Jetsons. 😅

check my reply above. I hope this helps you as well. Remove and disconnect the internal vacuum battery. If you have a means to check its charge, do it, but regardless, leave it disconnected for several minutes, then reconnect and reinstall the battery. Set back on charging station, press POWER button and see if you are back in business. Good luck
