Otázka lajka. Při hrubování polotovaru po obvodu, k čemu vytváříte malé plošky uprostřed stěn? Pro přesné ustavení po otočení polotovaru? Díky za info

@@CncFrezar Tak lajk jsem napůl.. A ještě možná druhý dotaz. Jak se v půlce videa změní lesklý povrch na matný, To je kalení? Pokud ano, proč se kalí takto celá kostka a ne až pak "povrchově" hotový výrobek?

@@josefstracke9058 Áno bolo to zakalené na 46hrc pre to to bolo matné. Keď sa materiál kalí alebo tepelne opracováva tak sa prehne pri tejto súčiastke asi 1mm tak pre to sa nekalí po dokončení súčiastky.

Theres a big difference between milling such large parts and smaller ones. I've once worked for a company making molds up to 30t... This is not mine. But its an intereting job in general.
