Thank you for letting me know. I’m just using a free video editing software on my phone and occasionally it glitches. The sound levels drop down at the 3 minute mark I believe if you want to jump to that part (it’s right before the actual grocery haul).

Fellow eastern ontarian here! We love independents natural foods section! I have found organic brown rice cakes at dollarama and a couple other organic items like organic coconut sugar and yes i did research the company as i thought it was a scam! 😂

Sure it’s super easy. We just add equal parts coconut oil and baking soda, mush it together and then we add a few drops of peppermint oil (food grade of course). It takes a little bit of time to get used to it, but we have had good results with it. You can also add bentonite clay to it and xylitol if you have sensitive gums.

I have started using salt in my dishwasher because I didn't want stuck on chemicals on my dishes. It is working well.

I agree and I actually have contacted azure and at the time they had no plans of coming into the Canadian market which is very disappointing.

It’s called Green Beaver. We also use their Castile soap and love it.

I understand I try to get organic food as much as possible but it’s so expensive so I do get other food too

It’s so hard to justify the expense. I totally feel you on that. We just need to do the best we can with our budgets and when I do chose to buy non organic produce I don’t feel bad about it.
