I made my macaroni salad like you showed and my son in law said That is a Keeper!!! He is kind of hard to please too. And I tried the pear jello and just love it. My mom made jello every weekend when I was growing up. And I surely am going to make my pies in muffin cups from now on. I like that they are single serve and then I can freeze some for later. My holiday key is wash everything as I go so no big mess to clean up & have half of the meal cooked & ready (hard stuff like the turkey/dressing/gravy, baking, cook veggies with exception of mashed potatoes, etc.) a day or 2 before, baking a week before. ❤️💙💜🙏😊

I store extra pumpkin in a freezer bag. I get all the air out and seal it well. Then freeze. I never have a problem with extra liquid and I make sure it’s well blended before I freeze it.

I’ve been making tapioca pudding in my slow cooker. Completely unattended and it comes out great! From scratch, it’s easy since there’s so few ingredients. Even Vegan and Paleo variations were successful. I hear you about being assigned stirring the pudding as a child. With me it was frying the bacon. 😂 The pies all look delicious. Thanks for your words of encouragement every day.

Good morning! Just wanted to pass on a tip for boiled eggs. After you cook them, either boiling or IP, immediately submerge them in ice water. Let them set about 5 minutes. The cold water shocks the membrane inside the egg and the shells will peel really easy. Also if your using fresh eggs, they will not peel easily unless you hard boil them:( Always enjoy watching! Morning Amy, My daughter is in New Bern, NC this week. They are planning to move there and are scouting out the area. She sent beautiful pictures of Christmas decorations. I wish I was there. I hope your Thanksgiving was as nice as mine. Just 4 of us, but we enjoy our tiny family. Downsizing now and moving South. Sounds great to me as they say I am coming with them to the Carolinas.
