Amy, those of us who spend time with you via KZbin look at the Proverbs 31 woman and see you. You fit the description and not only do you bless your biological family, but you bless us with your gentle sharing of your love for our Heavenly Father. I thank God for guiding me to your channel and teaching me of His faithfulness through you and your family. I genuinely feel a love and respect towards you and pray that the Lord will continue to bless you and keep you always in His love and care. Thank you for your godly example.

Hey just made your apple cider doughnuts for the church Thanksgiving dinner. I made them in the mini doughnut pans and got 78 doughnuts out of one recipe. They were the biggest hit! I’ve had people messaging me and asking for the recipe and the ladies fellowship asked me to bring them to our cookie exchange.

When you buy garlic like that, you could just take a few minutes to peel it all and freeze it. I’ve seen people break off cloves, put a few at a time in a mason jar, put the lid on, shake the heck out of it. It peels it all.

Amy, I haven’t used a food processor yet but I have one and want to shred some cheese, which blade would I use the regular one that sits in the bottom or the one that sits higher with different types of options? I have a cusinart food processor I think it’s a 10 quart

Wanted to ask where you found such a big bag of gnocchi? Is it shelf stable or fresh frozen? We haven't found a good shelf stable kind yet only frozen. It is hard to find in Central Ohio, but back 'home' in Ohio Valley(Oh/Pa/WVa) they are a staple.

Hello Amy! Sending lots of love and hugs from your friend in Norway: "Neo and Trinity Kitten". She's been watching you pretty much every day this week but she's not feeling up to comment. She's rrunning a fever and her energy level is very low. An new infection in one of her chronical wounds and a cold really hit her hard this time. So she's mostly in bed sleeping or watching videos on YouYube. She's on antibiotics and will be better. We just have to give it time. Have a wonderful day.
