Hello Touko san, I'm a 62 yr old from New Zealand. I have 2 children, the oldest is almost 42, and lives in Wales in the UK with her partner and 5 yr old daughter. My son is 35 and he lives here in the same city, Palmerston North, that I live in, with his wife, they don't have any children yet, but soon I hope....😂I think yours is a big family for Japan? I think you're amazing to work, and bring up 5 children, as well as having your husband working all day too. You're a strong lady! I love the fact that the dishes you make are all family friendly and you ensure that the children are in mind with every dish....I adore Japanese food, and make it fairly often myself. Some things I make are gyoza, Oden soup, okinomiyaki, sushi, omrice, etc. All easy things, but oishii desu!! I have had many Japanese students staying in my house, and has a teacher when my son was in high-school stay with us for 1 year also, and another 28 yr old young lady stay also for a year. So I have kearney many dishes, including shiri shiri. I know it originates in Okinawa and it finely cut strips of vegetables, usually carrots stir fried with tuna and eggs.... it's oishii desu! Your vlogs are lovely, and I've watched many already, thank you. I also learned Japanese language for 2 years a long time ago, but like all things if you don't use it, you lose it. I really don't remember a lot of it now, but I love to listen to you speak it, and i can recognise a lot of what you are saying....❤ from Dee in NZ

鉄フライパンなので、洗剤を使わずにタワシで汚れをササっととってから、火で乾かします🔥その後、油を塗って油慣らしです。油が馴染んでくると、引っ付かないフライパンになりますよ😇
