【Mabo vermicelli】
・Minced pork
・Vermicelli
・Wood fungus
·White green onion
・Ginger, garlic

・Chicken soup
·sugar
·soy sauce
·Oyster sauce
・Water-soluble potato starch
[Grated chicken thigh with ponzu sauce]
・Chicken thigh (salt, flour)
・Grated radish
·Ponzu sauce
[Miso soup with radish]
·soup stock
·Japanese white radish
·carrot
・White onion
·miso

Well done to your daughter, that isn’t an easy cake to make!! I love to bake as well. My daughter loves traditional English cooking her father teaches her. She made chicken dinner today and she did a great job. It was as good as mine!!
