こんにちは😊 初めてコメントします。いつも動画見てます。何時も子供達の為に沢山のバランスの取れた食事感心します。小さい子供が居ても感情的にならずにちゃんと子供達の話し聞いている姿は母親の鏡です。食育が大事なことが分かってても中々出来ることじゃないと思います。お子さんの成長が楽しみですね。

こんばんわ🌃 今日も、秋晴れの良い天気☀ 秋は何を食べても美味しいですね！レーズンのパンケーキ美味しそ〜〜ですね！フワフワですね！エリンギ、エノキきのこメニュー！好きです！この間は舞茸、しめじが安かったので、きのこの炊き込みご飯にしました🍚 夕御飯が出来上って「いただきます。」をしてビール🍺を飲まれるママ！「１日、お疲れ様〜。」ってそんな感じ！！！

Hello Touko Mom and family. It's getting cold 🥶 in Southern Ontario Canada 🇨🇦. I'd like to try raisin pancake cooked like yours, but I don't think we have anything equivalent to a hot cook, so I'll make pancakes with juicy sultana raisins and black raisins. I live alone and you give me inspiration for new delicious food to try. 😋 I'm supposed to visit Japan for Christmas in 2024 and the first thing I'm eating in Osaka is okonomiyaki! I've had it in Canada but I think it'll be much better in Japan! Stay safe and healthy 💖

The eggs you use are so healthy looking! I know because my family has raised free range chickens and their eggs look much like the ones you use. Do you buy yours at a normal grocery store? Do you buy a more expensive variety or those just the normal kind that most people buy? In the United States bad eggs are $1.50 or $2.00 per dozen while “free range” eggs are $5+ per dozen…
