An idea for using turkey meat: I take ground turkey and add Italian spices shape like a meatloaf. Wrap panchetta around the loaf, bake. Slice and serve in a crusty roll. You can add a slice of provolone cheece. Much like our meatloaf sandwich ( Mount Airy, NC) but an Italian version.

I only made some peanut butter chocolate chip cookies this time for my family. Your cookies looked delicious. My husband did a lot of the cooking this time. He likes it so I let him cook. I used to cook so much all my life and am burnt out on it. We had a good Christmas. We lost another family member a couple weeks ago and it's sad. Your kids sound like they were having fun 😊. You can ground the turkey and when you make chicken patties you can mix the ground turkey in it

There is so many things you can make with turkey . Have it one night as turkey then use the left overs and make turkey enchiladas, turkey noodle soup , hot open faced turkey sandwiches with gravy on top . Turkey wontons with rice . Good luck .

Good morning. We make our peanut balls with crispy rice. It helped stretch it and offered a crunch. I hated stirring them,.balling.them then dipping them. I would make them for everyone else, if someone mixed it for me. I did save a couple of balls to coat in peanut butter for me. The cookies you frosted yesterday, are they like the walmart frosted cookie? Have a terrific Thursday and I will see ya tomorrow
