Welcome! Today, join us for a Huge $1500 New Year's Eve, New Year's Day, and the first week of 2025 grocery haul!
I’m shopping to feed our big family for the first week of 2025, including delicious food for New Year’s Eve and New Year’s celebrations. We are also in the middle of celebrating the 12 Days of Christmas!
We're stocking up on everything! We'll kick off our Shopping day with a farm pickup, then head to Whole Foods, our Co-op, the Bakery, and Costco! I'll also share some of my favorite tips for shopping smart. The Costco sales were absolutely fabulous!
Whether planning New Year's Eve and Day food or gearing up for the New Year, I hope this haul inspires you for your next big shopping trip.

Happy New Year to you and your family. I cooked a white sauce with Gruyere cheese. I surprised myself with how silky and smooth it turned out. I served the sauce on Moreton Bay bugs and prawns. Our son caught some mudcrabs, which was so good. Got to find a nice white wine for the Gruyere sauce.

Could you maybe show healthy eating habits for people like myself and family who are on a fixed income and can’t spend say 27.00 for grass feed hamburgers or expensive produce or meats? We eat lots of processed food due to lower cost. I need to slim my waist. Any help would help. Also, what your family does for fun. Lastly, any foods for myself having been diagnosed with Lewy Dementia. 😢 I always have high triglycerides for some reason.

I try to skip things I can find cheaper elsewhere, and the deals are normally excellent. I shop there because they have food items we can't find elsewhere.
