Hi Jen! Thanks for sharing another great grocery haul. The salad toppers are a good price. I have never purchased any because every time I look they are a crazy price. Awww thank you so very much! So for the salad topper, ours is by the croutons, I don’t know if that will help or not. I was thinking the other day that it would probably be cheaper if I made my own…just need pumpkin seeds, candy up some pecans and add dried cranberries and cherries…it’s more work though ha! 😆

I love watching your grocery hauls the videos are such good quality and clear. I love getting inspired of new or new to me items to look for in grocery stores. The Produce looks incredible never seen such delicious looking berries and watermelon.

Aww! Happy to help and show what I purchase and sometimes how I use it! The berries this year were so good! The stone fruits weren’t sadly, we will have to wait and see if next years crop survive the winter and spring weather…I sure hope so!

Hi Jen. I can't believe that Summerland Sweets has come out with Cherry syrup. I haven't seen it here in Calgary, nor can we get the large bottles, crap. I'm curious, what are the ingredients of the Sweet and Salty salad toppers. I've never seen them. We've had a warm week weather wise too. I think it was 34 degrees today. Fortunately, we don't get the humidity, that makes a big difference. The kitty paw gummies are cute and look nice and fresh. Are they strawberry flavored ? Very cute pencils for your kids. 34 is hot! And for September right? Yeah the Kitten paws had a slight fruity flavour, very nice actually! The salad topper has small bits of candied pecans, pumpkins seeds, cranberries and dried pieces of cherries. It’s really nice! It’s by the croutons in our store…you know what, the farm has so many flavours of the syrup! BlackBerry, apricot, Saskatoon, and even apple pie! So many, I had no idea these existed! Do you think any farms or markets near you may hold them? Have you ever looked online to see if you can order them? Though then shipping may be high..🙃

you could try making a rice salad. cook the ready rice with microwave, let cool, add veggies and a protein (tuna/salmon, etc...)
