The subdivision is bordered by more than 10,000 acres of state-owned and BLM (Bureau of Land Management) land, providing easy access to hiking, hunting, fishing, and many other outdoor adventures. It’s some of the highest ground in the entire area, excluding the mountains.
This is a group of six adjoining approximately 1.25 acre lots that can be combined for a huge total of approximately 7.5 acres. These properties offer great views and lots of privacy. Holbrook with its amenities is just a short drive away. This is an excellent location for off grid living.

This is a secluded area, the off grid northern end of the subdivision. There are no available utilities. The main activity around here is ranching, and you will see wandering antelope.
Zoned AG-1. Camping and RVs are allowed on an occasional basis while you hold your property for investment. If you decide to build, conventional homes, mobiles, and modulars are fine.
You will need to have your property paid off in full before you apply for a building permit, that is a county requirement.
Only about 18% of county land falls under individual and corporate ownership. The rest is owned by Native American Reservations, the U.S. Forest Service, the Bureau Of Land Management, and the State of Arizona.
