@@UrgencesGeneve Doesn't such dangerous cargo warrant being illegal for transport on city roads and required transport on rural bypass roads? Any industry that relies on such hazardous products is located in rural locations where there is less population to be affected in the worst case scenario.

Actually I just want to point out German and Allied planes alike accidentally, or in some cases intentionally, strayed into Switzerland and dropped their bombs. As a result, the Swiss shot down any aircraft from both sides that entered its territory - another reason being that often American but some German and French pilots saw Switzerland, as being neutral in the war, as a safe haven if their plane was damaged or if they were low on fuel etc. So they landed in Switzerland. As a result, they began interning anyone who did that - hence why the US and Germans occasionally "accidentally" dropped bombs on Swiss cities. Some times it was accidental, sometimes not.
