It's a special ambulance. I believe it holds more supplies for fire fighters and paramedics. Also it has an NYPD ram bar for taking upside vehicles and tipping then upside right.

No, they are snow chains that are on arms to when activated the arms swing down and spin along with the tires whipping the chains underneath the tires for better traction

The Teaneck volunteers have a GREAT lighting system on their ambulance! High visibility, great for moving traffic! Wish Mercy Flights in Medford, OR would take note & copy the Teaneck system.

i'm sorry but sir that was an ambulance at the beginning?! I thought it was a bomb squad truck till i saw the front saying ambulance then i questioned life.
