95kmh is great, I used 140/70c 3s on my 124017, it keep doing wheelie even when I lowered the ground clearance.

Sorry for the late reply. Yes its a light car so will continue to do wheelies no matter what unfortunately. Slow acceleration is the key but easier said than done. :-)

Some great runs there, John. WLToys have certainly turned things around since the cogging issues of the newer versions came out. It's just a shame that shipping prices are having an effect on prices at the moment. Take care mate, and I really hope you don't quit YT. That would be a real shame. 👍🏻

Yeah shipping prices suck. And will only increase before it gets better. Yeah the wife has a point though. Like 6 months ago KZbin has started to direct traffic away from monitized channels to unmonitized channels so they can keep 100% for themselves. So subscribers and views are down but my quality is going up. So I checked 4 rc channels and the same has happened at the same time proving the fact. So makes me wonder why to be honest. Time will tell. 6 months ago they took half my viewers and revenue and now they do this again. Kill small channels and when the big channels quit who is going to replace them?

Honestly, no. I don't think it would. Wheel hubs would melt due to the design.

Would larger tyres put more stress on the pinion and spur? I replaced my spur for a metal one and it stripped both on thw first battery (back to plastic for me!) I'd like to try different tyres but wondering how the drivetrain would hold up

They'd probably put a bit more stress on the drive train if you have a stop start style of driving but this video was about top end speed. If you're going skate park bashing or off road scrambling, fit the originals back on.

I used the tires from the wl toys s. c truck they are 108 mm and it's much faster . 110 mm rub the body when turning

Hiya. Yes you can use them on the 144001 and 144010 for sure. Just make sure you keep an eye on esc, battery and motor for the first few runs. 👀👌
