For Ads, you can stick them on ANY wall, window or Stick them up in the office or even inside the rooms themselves. You DON'T need a signpost or stand for them unless you want to put them in the parking lot. If you get a bus shelter you can also put ads up there too, it comes with two sign areas.

I actually really liked the yellow, especially with one yellow wall against the white and the wood. For the bigger rooms, that would be perfect to set up a little lounge area to increase the price for those if you can have couches.

You can reset the cart with stuff on it for instant teleport to where the buttons are. Warehouse and such. Could make laundry easier. Also, if you load it with trash and take it to the dumpster you can dump all with one click. Just learned this from another video. could be helpful if you buy multiple rooms that need clearing. A bigger cart is available too I sound like such a cart enthusiast 😂 Ads can be placed on walls but it looks good on the signs. Just in case you'd like the option. They can't be too close to each other though.

Yes i agree. A double room can also be rented as a single so every room being double will only increase the amount of rooms you can rent out and not turn people away for that.

For the ad posters, it's a one-time fee to buy the poster and then it generates free money every day forever, so you can completely ignore how much the poster costs and just buy the ones that bring in the most money per day.

lol people have never seen a bakery if they thought the open side was the front for the bakery shelf. You literally have the open side AWAY from customers for the simple reason of contamination. People are often quite gross, and you do NOT want them on the open side as they will just put their nasty hands all over the pastries and contaminate all of them. So instead, bakeries have the slanted glass side as the front so they can see what they want and tell you and then you can get it out for them and package it accordingly. Now some places like grocery stores will typically let them self serve, but even then they're supposed to use a little tong tool to grab them (granted most don't....and use their dirty hands....yeah don't trust those....). But yeah when it's on the shelves like that the open side is always the employee side. Now any who was saying otherwise knows!

18:44 proves my point perfectly. imagine having a single bed only, and hold on, imagine having to turn down that customer (this might sound crazy) just becuase of that 1 single bed. that customer pays more !! 😉

my question was do i get the income for a 2 bed even if its a single customer....answer was no, but yes you can just have all rooms with queen beds, which i'll probably do

Or just two single beds - that also counts as a double room and you don't have to get rid of the singles you already have.

I'm glad it's not just me who forgets what they ordered 5 minutes after ordering it 😅 thanks to watching your videos when I started playing this I just made all the rooms twin rooms so I could rent them as single or doubles but it's annoying when you rent it as a single and they dirty the sheet from one bed and the blanket from the other lol oh and yeah the colours are so different in the rooms to what they look like on the tins. I've ended up painting all the rooms white with a black external tile as the accent wall cause I hate all the other colours!

You can put double beds which can be used as a single or double. If you want a “true” doubled bed then you can use two single beds

I think you can put your items on the shelves in your warehouse and access them in the rooms through your inventory- saves you from all the trips back and forth
