It's because they are sister ships. Leviathan was originally named "Vaterland" and was taken as war reparation by the US after ww1. Bismack became British and was renamed "Majestic".

The Britannic, also known as "His Majesty's Hospital Ship Britannic," was originally intended to be an ocean liner, similar to its sister ships Olympic and Titanic. The Britannic was part of the Olympic-class luxury liners built for the White Star Line by the Belfast firm of Harland and Wolff. However, unlike its sister ships, the Britannic never operated as a commercial ocean liner. Instead, due to the outbreak of World War I in 1914, the Britannic was requisitioned by the British government and converted into a hospital ship in 1915. As a hospital ship, the Britannic was used to transport wounded soldiers and medical personnel. Unfortunately, the Britannic's career as a hospital ship was short-lived, as it sank in 1916 after hitting a mine in the Aegean Sea.
