As per FAA regulation If it's playing far away from airport or airplane route, maximum weight not over 55 lbs and altitude under 500 ft, it's free for play, same as you can play drone. Most of aeromodelling fans usually playing it at non commercial airport with legal permission of authority

There's only two things (by my observation) that make this look like an rc plane 1. Perspective, when normal sized objects are in the frame 2. Lack of tire smoke during landing Rest is nearly as realistic as it gets 👏👏👏
