Cannot believe I missed this again! Just subscribed so that cannot happen again. Lovely playing! (This was one of the pieces that got me into the organ when played by Johnathan Scott, so happy memories there)

Hahaha thank you Tim, glad you enjoyed it! It was one of the first pieces I actually learnt properly, but it’s no where near Johnathan Scott’s standard!

It is easy to underestimate the importance of the organ for the quality of performance: in the Netherlands Dordrecht Cathedral has a large romantic organ in a 10 second acoustic with a pedal Bazuin that shakes the building: everything sounds amazing there!
