Right!? I just found them today and I'm sitting here wondering if everyone else already knew how great they are? Did I miss the boat or have they not broken into the mainstream yet?

I 1st heard them about 5 years ago. I was going down the youtube rabbit hole looking for Dylan covers, and happened on their cover of "New Pony". I wasn't impressed and kind forgot about them. Then about a year ago my boss sent me a link of their cover of "Ophelia" by The Band and it blew my socks off. Been listening to them a LOT ever since.

So, Rebecca plays the Electric Guitar, sings with the soul of an old blues-master and writes great songs with her super talented sister Megan ...but now I've seen video of her playing well on Violin, Mandolin, Upright Bass, Dobro Slide Guitar and the Banjo as well!! How is it possible to be so competent at all those instruments in her young lifetime? These two ladies are just Baddass.

They are Goddesses of Music that is the only explanation I can come up with, so much talent and skill in two artists of their young age cannot be explained any other way I swear.

Fun fact about apple pie because that's what I thought of when I heard this song, the oldest recipe for apple pie is found in an English cookbook from 1381, which is notably different from the first Dutch mention of apple pie in 1514, as the Dutch version has a lattice top or a crumble top and is made of slices or chunks of apples mixed with raisins, and the English version usually was made with whole apples or slices in a dome shape and completely covered on the top. Very nice song, love the bass playing, and enjoy apple pie!

Just turned 68 was married to a Guitarist for 45 years until her passing in Nov 2018. She was my muse, I only regret she didn't live to see these young ladies perform in person. They were the first ones I went to see after mourning my loss, and I felt her spirit rising in their energy. IT was my very great pleasure to actually get to meet and greet these lovely young musicians. Next time I plan to get the meet and greet package again just to say thank you for helping me heal. Peace Rebecca and Megan you are so kind to your fans. 💚
