1:05:40 That time Connor telling Urijah how TJ/Ludwig were a snake is one of the most sincere dialogue Connor spitted from this TUF season, you can clearly see at the back of Urijah's head that what Connor was speaking were facts and Urijah for some reason still was hesitant to pull the trigger and confront TJ, Urijah just a good dude by nature.
@collinhinrichs345110 ай бұрын
I think Conor liked Urijah more than he would admit to and it bothered Conor to his core to see what TJ and Ludwig were doing to a guy as good as Faber. Urijah said on Rogan that Conor had just guessed as to what was going on at Faber's gym - he liked TJ, even after he left, and I think he had a hard time processing someone that would turn on him. But Conor knew what was up, he was speaking the truth. You're 100% right, Urijah is just a good dude by nature - Larone's "Cruz vs Garbrandt Best Moments" - Cody talks about Urijah and how he is with those around him.

Faber never managed to win UFC gold, but he is one of the greatest Bantamweights in the history of mma, and probably the first great Bantamweight champion, and he was pretty good at Featherweight as well. I still remember when Faber beat Cruz in their first matchup in WEC. It's Aldo, Cruz, and Faber hands down as the guys who set the standard for smaller fighters below Lightweight. The UFC is such a stacked promotion with so many guys that are more than capable of becoming champions, and Faber had to deal with champions like Aldo, and Cruz which was a very difficult challenge to overtake when they were at their best. Faber fell short many times, but he still proved he belonged in the cage with those great fighters. He's kind of like the Bantamweight version of Cro Cop, or Wanderlei as far as his accomplishments, and longevity in the sport of mma as a whole.

I think Connor is being hypocritical about TJ. He says TJ is a snake for leaving team alpha male. Problem with that is Connor is the one saying it's all about the individual. If it's about the individual then TJ should be able to go wherever he wants without being criticized by Connor.
