Larry June just be chilling, rapping about making investments and living healthy. It either appeals to you or it doesn't. Personally, him rapping about drinking some oolong tea and investing in his 401k over incredible Alchemist beats is all I ever wanted from this album. 🔥

@@LA-ue2ph Yeah I'd say the relatability factor is pretty high and even with the opulence part of his raps, it's delivered in a way that seems attainable unlike when someone like Hov raps about his wealth (which is admirable in it's own right but just not as relatable).

I love all of y’all and usually agree with Feefo the least and B and Myke the most, but I’m 100% with feefo on this one and he hit the description of Larry so well, he makes taking care of yourself sound so smooth and ill this man inspires me to go out and make money while drinkin smoothies and taking care of my skin. I’ve also been a huge Curren$y fan for years so this is right up my alley.

To me Larry is such a breath of fresh air. He talks about trappin without glorifying it. He talks about drinking sea moss and juice instead of drug abuse. He flexes but not the same shit that everyone else says. He talks about the grind but he gives y'all the game like Nip and Jay used to. He's special man

Larry is top of the food chain with his style. Curren$y, Jay Worthy, Bo Jack, etc. he’s in the lead right now. Big Sean rapping like that. I wish he would play more with the cadences than that same double time cadence. If you listen to Detroit 2 he uses that style in nauseam.

I’m a big June fan but on first listen I wasn’t feeling this album. But that 2nd listen and beyond hit different for me. This album is smooth and cohesive af. Both June and Alchemist did their job on this one. One of the best albums I heard so far this year. Side note: Feefo, Alchemist didn’t produce Corte, Madera CA. Rocco Riera produced that. Alchemist produced my favorite song on Spaceships on the Blade (Breakfast in Monaco).

The difference between a Boldy James and Larry June as far as lyricism is descriptiveness ! Boldy is very descriptive and paints you a picture with his lyrics almost like you’re there with him while he is hustling so he is entertaining to listen to …. Larry June isn’t very descriptive wit his lyrics and basically has generic raps and almost boring NyQuil type bars … alchemist saved Larry’s life on this project because those beats alch gave him 🤦🏾‍♂️ every beat i heard i kept picturing someone else on the beats that would have added to it , big Sean, Slum Villiage, Joey badass, currensy definitely would have been missed if they weren’t on this album !
