Mathematically, the federal debt problem is extremely easy to resolve - with zero negative impact to any honest, productive citizens. There are 3,000,000 federal employees and another 3,000,000 federal contract employees. As a percentage of the workforce, that is ~10X what it was 125 years ago. We could easily fire half the federal workforce and use the funds to buy bitcoin. To avoid disruption for those working in the federal space, continue paying them for 4 years - to give time to seek productive employment. The real issue is not mathematical, but rather, political. Politically, it almost certainly will not happen - but we should not give them the excuse that it’s mathematical!
